There has never been a better time to dive into a new spiritual practice with more commitment than we have ever felt before, and to transform our lives from the inside out.
The power of sound can be absolutely mind-blowing terms of releasing negative energy, stagnant thought-forms and karma from the mind, body spirit, soul and planet. This is why singing, praying out loud, or some form of rhythmical recitation can be found in just about every religious or spiritual practice.
So, I’ve recently been encouraging everyone to use chanting, singing and voiced prayer in their daily spiritual practice. Whether you chant to lovingly heal the planet or to bring abundance and peace into your own life, the positive vibration is the same and can affect change in the outer world in far more powerful ways than we can even begin to imagine.
There are many cultures who share stories of how the world was created with sound and vibration, and scientists are only just beginning to discover the power of this paradigm. Which is why it makes absolute sense that we can recreate our inner and outer world in exactly the same way.
My greatest wish is that the world will register the powerful vibration of your loving songs and prayers and continue its rapid restoration to the paradise template, regardless of all current chaotic appearances.
I highly recommend it to anyone who is currently struggling to see the victory beyond these times of upheaval, and I will continue to recommend it to my students and coaching clients, simply because I know from personal experience just how life-changing it can be when practiced consistently.
